Corel make a number of programs incuding Paint Shop Pro and Corel Draw.
On their website you can find tutorials.

Didn't your mother get any instruction manuals?

Paint Shop Pro is a very versatile program that I use constantly.

Matt,

So there is a manual present,... but the opted method of getting to know the program, is you asking the people on the forum?

Doesn't that seem a bit silly?

I would highly recommend the manual, any day.  ;D

Regards,
Fred

But if someone here writes down how to use it, you'll be reading that 'manual' too then.. so why not rea the original one then, which rules out any mistakes?  ;D

I have a deep contempt for those who are too lazy to read information that is available to them. We see it here on the forum frequently when the same question that has been answered many times is asked yet again by someone who can’t be bothered looking to see if the same topic has been raised.
It is sometimes difficult not to characterize such people as dumb or even stupid. I hope they can find happiness in a career of sweeping floors or flipping burgers, because that is about all that’s left for those without the ability or will to learn from reading manuals and texts.

As someone who tries to never ask anyone to do anything that I can't do myself, I think I'd have to agree with that philosophy.

It seems somewhat parasitical to expect everyone else to read a manual and explain it to someone who is to lazy to do it themselves.

If any two moderators want to agree with me, I'll be happy to lock this topic.

Marty?
