Post by: ravi on May 25, 2009, 14:47:24

Hi all

I just bought ocean star cruiseliner . I will be very grateful if you would kindly answer my questions.

.When i went into controls section . There are two options that can be enabled

1. precision steering

2. azimuth arcade   steering override

what do they mean and I want to have the most realistic experience so which one should i enable.

                                                           thanks in advance

It depends on your personal skills! Choose precision steering and you can handle the ship almost as it was in real life. The arcade mode is quite easier. My advice: choose an empty environment in Free Roaming and try both. It is much easier to see what happens, if this environment isn't an open sea one. For the precision steering I prefer the keyboard for operating the ship, but you may try the overlay controls too by means of the mouse.

Regards

The other day I made some changes to the controls in the settins on SS.

I set certain keys to each pod so I can control them induvidually without having to use the mouse.

So far it has worked very well, so perhaps you may like to try it sometime. :)

That's exact what I did and it works pretty good with the "Bugsier 2"! :2thumbs:
