Title: [Resolved] Registration Problem - Please help

In 2006 I bought SS2006, duly registered it and became a forum member using 'tristar' as my forum name. (I see I'm still listed, by the way)
In 2008 I bought SS2008, installed it, and registered it.
I found I couldn't run it properly, as my then computer wasn't up to it. I recently bought a new computer, installed the game and was impressed by the way it performed.
I downloaded all the updates - then found it wouldn't run.
Had to make a new profile as I couldn't access 'tristar' - 'in use'.
I've tried to load my reference key details, only to be informed that these details are 'in use' - they would be, I used them!
Now I can't access Technical support as I can't enter a key.
Could someone help, please?

You should be able to register your keys again now!

And don't worry, it's not necessarily the wrong section. It's not really a technical problem with the game as such, so it's in a good spot here.  :thumbs:
