The very first release date was something november 2008, next release date was on this year begin (january?), but now release date is April 2009. Today is already 18.may. At last, when this simulator release? :captain: Someone know whats the problem?

Why bother? Are you sure you have 4,000 Euros for it? ::)
With that attitude, if he had, he probs wouldn't go ahead now. :P

I go along with D on that. That clown obviously thought it was another game. If he was a serious customer he would be talking directly with VSTEP.

It's just the normal process in the development of professional level software.
For games software, meeting a target release date is a bit more important than fixing all of the bugs.
For Professional Simulation software, getting a high-quality product is more important than any arbitrary release date.

why so harsh on some one asking a fair question first post and he gets that!!!!!!!

Yeah I agree with Paul, nice to see you're being friendly to him at least, instead of treating him as though he's thick. >:(

No no, I only quoted Terry because he was being nice and helpful that's all! :)
Believe me, I have no interest in arguing, I just wished to make a point. ;)

If you're gunna call everybody a clown who enquire about Pro, VSTEP wouldn't have any Pro customers..
He only came here to get info about Pro, not to be called a clown.
I wouldn't think it's just nautical schools and navies that get Pro, I'm fairly sure that proffessionals at home would like a copy for their machine at home. Sure they may not need the whole hardware that VSTEP can sell with it - if I had a enough money and I was a proffessional I wouldn't mind having a copy on my machine also.
I do think you need to address how you talk to people, specially when they're only curious, and how can you tell if he's not a serious buyer? Perhaps he saw the release date bing delayed, perhaps he hasn't bothered to get a quote yet..
It's not very friendly to go and call people a clown and assume they're not a serious buyer, it's also only his first post. :-\
