It's their own, VSTEP made it or they got a web designer to do it.

It's not available for other SMF users, to my knowledge.

yea theres tons of themes, but not a ship sim theme :D more than likely as captain james said its custom made, or heavily modifed ;)

Surely us low-tech people wouldn't be able to modify anything! That's a bit too tecnical isn't it?  :o
