Guys, there has been plenty of material on new ships. AFAIK Vstep is pretty much done working on ShipSim08, and moved on to more important stuff. (SS2010)

Hi, Tim!

Welcome to the forum.

Well, currently, V-STEP are working on Ship Simulator 2010, and Ship Simulator Pro. So at the moment, it doesn't look like anything new will be produced for Ship Simulator 2008.

From what I've heard, Ship Simulator 2010 has a rough release date at the later part of this year (correct me if I'm wrong guys), so you have plenty of time left with Ship Simulator 2008.

When you say free downloads, its possible that when Ship Simulator 2010 comes out, that there may be one or two, yes. But for Ship Simulator 2008, I don't think V-STEP will produce any more.

Hope that helps!

Kind Regards,
Jack.
