Title: Not sure how this happened but...

Not sure how this happened as I was making a coffee in the galley at the time and returned to find the crew had hung themselves from the mast head ~ Must have been something I said or perhaps they just hate my coffee!  ;)

Scenario testing is sometimes a slow process with unexpected results at random times ~ Just wish I knew how it happened.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
