what other ships are you able to download for free?

Hi mmoore14, and welcome!

There are only 3 free ships, well.. a ship, a hovercraft and a jetski, to be precise.

The Jumbo Javelin is available from your profile page, after license key registration (in your case it should be there, sionce you have registered). And those other two when you patch your game to anything above 1.1, which is easy, since all the now available patches have them included.  :)

You will find the patch(es) on the main website, as J3nsen indicated.

There are no other free downloads, and no 3rd party made addons.
