Hi,
I did not find in this forum. For little money (LED and a piece of wire) You can enjoy additional functionality. It works - checked :-)

Hello mactok,
Interesting indeed, for some people, I am sure.
I use a TrackIR device myself, and can confirm that such a head tracking feature is really enjoyable.
I'm not sure how 'tight' this one will be and how it performs. I do see naturalpoint's stuff is no longer supported.
Thanks for sharing, and welcome to the forum!!

Fred

Hi again,
Very nice, and very cheap!
Have you tried TrackIR too, can you compare the speed and smoothness? Is it very fast too? I reckon that also depends on what you use in combination, right? The webcam, etc.
But that is a real good alternative for people that don't want to spend so much on a trackIR!!
Fred.
P.S. I am a great fan of the IL2 series aswell! :)

Hello
FreeTrack is configurable. I have HP nx7400 with C2D 1,6 GHz, 1 MB Ram, Intel 945GM Chipset and Logitech webcam. This is not a speed and performance demon. But the games are working well. There are no problems.

PS. Do you know http://hyperfighter.sk/ (http://hyperfighter.sk/)?

Hi Maciej,
Sound like a really good solution indeed then! :)
And yeah, I used to be on Hyperlobby a lot, but that's years ago.. and since I am involved here, I hardly play IL2 online anymore, apart from LAN with my mates, every now and then.
