Title: Had to Re-format my pc. Need help reinstalling ShipSim.

Had to re-format my PC, so obviously i have lost all my data.

I have installed ShipSim itself, and need to install New Horizons. I purchased Horizons some time ago as a digital format so have no disc to install with, how do i install it back onto my PC?

Did you buy it via the official ShipSim website? If you log on to the webshop, you can re-downloaded it from there, all your licenses key's are also stored there  :thumbs:

Installed NH and got to the point where you enter your license key, got my key from my orders page, enter key and get a message ''Error: No valid license key entered''

Any ideas what to do next?  ???

Hi Destrega,

First, are you entering the right key? If you installed both the game and NH in a row, the order of keys has to be right.. 

If it is;

Have you double checked and made sure you didn't make any typing errors?

That key should be unique and valid, if it worked before, it should work now. So perhaps a typo?

If you're sure that you got it all right, you can PM it to me, after which I'll try to get help from vstep for you.

Got my keys mixed up. All sorted now, thanks for your help. See you guys online soon.  :)
