Title: D0 NOT START SHIPSIM2008 GAME

When i try to start up the shipsim 2008, i pick my mission, then it loads. But then my comp screen goes white, and theres an error message saying : questviewer has encountered a problem and needs to close. does anyone know how to fix this?
Faulting application questviewer.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module mpeg4system.dll---event viewer---
I have win xp pro SP2 2GB RAM 1GB VGA

please help me

You need to enter your licence key and then re-post in technical support. I'm sure we can get to the bottom of it here.

First, you register your licence key into you forum profile...
then, you re-post your question in technical support... or even better... search the technical support board before posting...  ;) :D
