how do i put songs onto my playlist so i can put those songs onto my mp3?
(if any one told i totally forgot :o)

Actually there are many ways... online FLV converters, media player plugins, browser plugins etc.  Any half-decent one can convert FLV files from non-Youtube sources as well.
