Hi I just wan't to know if there is anything I can do to make my computer run shipsim and other games better. It has to be something free, or not expensive, so here's the dxdiag

Hi Minime.
You mean apart from "Uninstall Vista and use XP"? ;D
-
yeah was thinking if some drivers or something could be outdated?

Windows 7 is pretty good on hardware, takes less system resources. Have you tried it yet Terry?
-
Hi Austin.
Yes, tried it some while ago in pre-beta and again in the recent limited beta. "Vista with clean underpants" was how I likened it.
Still prefer Windows 2000, or failing that, XP.

add more ram if you can, or do a system clean up and defragmentation. Otherwise there is nothing else cheap or free you can do :-\
-
hmmmn ok, ram is too expensive here :'(

There's probably not much else that you could do to make any appreciable difference. Best to save your money for the next PC!

Sorry, I hear that the only way to get them is by flying saucer.
No seriously, my brother has used it and he says it is VERY good.
-
Flying saucer? Good, luckily I know a landing place for them, they've been here before. Well actually when my grandpa was going to see some of his sheep's on a mountain he found a a big whole with 3 smaller ones around it, must have been an alienware computer drop or something.

Another question, a friend of mine has Microsoft office word, but he's missing the danish language, so anyone know where he could get it?
