Title: Really nice bug-Agile Solution.

Well There is this bug where you can get onto a platform on the side of the Agile. First, you get up on that platform near the stairs on the ships port side. Then, Once you are up there, point the camera up and walk towards the platform in the following pictures. It is really nice once you get there. Great for docking and departing.

I really try not to use the orbit camera when docking or departing, but it is hard to measure the distance to the quay from the bridge. I wish I could place a first mate in the fore end doing the measures: 9 meters, captain! 8 meters! 7 meters... 1 meter captain! 1 METER CAPTAIN! CAPTAIN? CAPTAIN!!!!!!!!!  ;D

Why not use the bridge wings?
That is more realistic.

No, because in real life you would have access to that place.
