Well, I already know but I want to see what you guys would recommend as far as hardware goes.

A 1GB more of ram would help.
I'm assuming you use this computer for ShipSim, your proccessor is well below the requirements. 2.4GHz recommended.
And getting a new video card, I recommend this one. http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/specpage.html?NOV-94GT1
I've just got this card and fully recommend it. ;)

well a much faster processor as this doesn't even meet the SS requirements you need atleast 2.4ghz or more you've only got 1.6ghz :-\ An actual graphics card instead of an integrated card, and more ram as you just meet the requirement ;)

It would probably be cheaper to get a new PC...

I will agree with Terry.
Your Video card is intergrated into your motherboard.
To change prossesor, you are only switched to a little above of the type prossesor family you have now, if you should have a stronger that can handle today's games pretty well make up in the Intel Core ™ 2 Duo or higher.
So first you need a new motherboard, that you can get support for new prossesor and video card with PCI-Exspress 16x input. Then you'll have new Ram pieces that fit the motherboard, new PSU that provides the power you need for stronger parts... Much to keep track of.
I would recommend to buy a new PC.

I want a new PC but don't have the money. Things I will definitely get are a new graphics card, and I can probably get 1 free GB of ram out of my uncle and he might be able to get me a new processor. Thanks guys.
