I'm that much of a tec guy so I need some help with this.

I've got some videos that I took on my cell phone, they are in some format called 3GPP. I want to convert them to MPEG4's so i can put them on my iPod. Anyone know of any free software I can use to do this?  ???

i dont know of a software, your best bet is too search google, just be careful of viruses, as these programs sometimes have them ;)

That's actually why I'm posting, I can't find many that are free to use and I'm afraid the ones that are have viruses. So I wanted to see if anyone knew of any programs they trust.
