Hello folks
I have created a forum where modelers can show of their models and get rates for them!
Basically, here are the main privilages of this forum:
1. You can post your model here and get it judged by a judge for that month
2. Get avatars for good work
3. Compete against your fellow members in finalists competitions if your model is selected by the judges
4. Chat with online friends on the chatbox
5. Get sigs and avatars made by specialists
6. Download and upload different ship parts (e.g. boiler or propellers) to use on your models!
7. Request specific ships from modelers
8. Companies like royal star line or something star line can request ships for their fleet
9. Try and model a ship which is currently being built or being planned and get points to see how accurate you have been when the ship is launched!
10. Become a judge for two months for a specific modeling pogram and choose two best models for the finalists competition
11. Simply chat in small talk about anything
12. Aim to get a CAPTAIN rank with winning competitions
13. Make your own contests for your fellow forum members to have fun!
14. Request partnerships if you also own a forum

- A decent admin, knows about administration and will help me run the forum nice and smoothly without any arguments.
- A final moderator to join ash with moderation - a new one will be accepted so you can get to know how to moderate in future times
- A Chatbox moderator X3 to continually watch over the chatbox if lots of people are on it so that you can kick out members causing havoc, ban members who have constantly been violating the chatbox regulations and do other stuff - you must watch the chatbox by logging in so that you will ensure the chatbox stays safe. WE NEED THREE OF THESE.
-A global moderator - someone with respectable knowledge of moderation. A global moderator is a normal moderator and a chatbox moderator at the same time. He has both jobs. He has pretty lot of work to get on with!

Be glad that there is only a warning. Stay out of each other's topic, and out of each other's way.
One more violation, on either side, and you guys are both out of here, as we do not need this kind of behaviour. I don't care who is wrong or right, this is not the place to fight your childish battle.

Tip:
You don't need a huge team for a small forum.
If I see that list.. owner, admin, 2 normal mods, 3 chat mods, a global mod.. 8 staff, for how many members is that? We have 30.000+ people here on this forum, a few hundred of which are very active, and just 10 or so staffmembers that do the moderation/administration. Do you expect 100's of post on a daily bases from these members? Cause that's why there are that many here, to deal with the workload. But your team seems to expect a similar load. Which sounds a bit.. well.. optimistic. No offence, just perspective. ;)
You'll have a good chance to end up arguing amongst yourselves or end up moderating each other due to the lack of actual members. Seen it a few times now. No disrespect intended, but unless your team is very mature, responsible and most important coolheaded, you'll get conflicts, no doubt.
I don't mean to sound like a critic, but it's just that we have seen forums set up, and taken down, a lot of times, due to staff troubles, that also actually scared members away. So it's just a bit of advice to you guys.

But in your list with all the staff you need, in that previous post, the team is quite big allready. And as it says you need them (as in, at this point), I take it that this will be the 'basic team' right from the start then?

probably. Im not so sure about having so many chatbox mods though.
