Title: The curse of the phantom POR

Playing online just a little while ago, we had a POR just appeared out of thin air, and blocked our path...

That is just a bug where it copy the person who is or was that ship.

Yes, those clones are really annoying, I always used to call them "Ghost Ships" Since you can't sink them, and you can't damage them. You also can't get rid of them until they go themselves, as far as I'm aware.

Yes, first picture im the sherpa (stern tug), the POR in front is Dongroe, and the two bow tugs are B2's (Aidablu and v.h94)

I did notice that the POR vanished once v.h94 had disconnected.

I realise that is was a bug, but weird none the less. I've never seen one just appear like that. Normally you can double/tripple ships where a person is.

I've seen them appear randomly before alright, i've been Ghost Ship prey many a time too. The first time I experienced one was when I was in Padstow. I was using the Sherpa (as usual :D) and All of a sudden, an Agile Solution appeared right in front of me and rammed me. If i'm not mistaken, Mike (MH1) was there too. I think this was the first time I saw a clone, however, it may have been another time when I was in Marseille, and the Ocean Star appeared right in front of me and started swinging violently, and sank me. (None of these clones had name tags).

that thing was back again the other night, i was the only one in there and it came out of nowhere. then parked itself on the mole dock
