Has anyone worked out what the azimuth control does?

Where should I download it to? My shipsimulator files are on a different hard drive to the default so will it do it itself or will I have to put it in the right place?

Hi

It doesn't really matter where you download it to, when you run the patch, it should find your SS08 install on it's own.

Wow, I wasn't expecting a free download! Either way, thanks very much to V-step and Jumbo Shipping. Very much appreciated. I came onto the forum and saw that it was VERY busy, now I know why. Just downloaded her myself, tried and tested her, she's great!

Once again, many thanks!

Jack.

From what I remember, you hadn't actually fully installed Ship Simulator on another drive, but you'd moved it from the original location to the new location. As a result, your registry entries were pointing to the old location, which caused the problems.

You'll probably get similar troubles when you install JJ.

A great thanks for the bridge on board this ship. At least it look like a bridge this time and not a empty space with a instrument console in the middle. 8)

Yes, for all.

Vstep really do care about the forum members and want to reward their continued interest. When I met with them on Monday, we discussed a number of things that will bring a smile to people's faces. I'm still talking to them.

I'm not at liberty to discuss the details, but they will make you happy, I think. Very happy.

I tried the Jumbo Javelin yesterday, and it was GREAT!  I love it!  The bridge is the most detailed unlike the other ships in SS08.  I especially like it how doors open for you and close when you leave.

A very special thanks to VSTEP and Jumbo Shipping for giving us a free new ship.

Hi Aad.

My son flew over and we met in Amsterdam on Wednesday, then went to Utrecht. He has just gone back to Amsterdam to fly home (football match tomorrow) and then we will meet in Sweden on Sunday afternoon.
