Title: Lost Key

Hi All,
I recently had to wipe my laptop to sort out a hard-drive error and when I re-installed ship Sim 2008 I couldn't find the manual to get my License Key, I had not registered my version previous to this.
Is there anyway of retrieving the key?

Hi.

If you have proof of purchase (like a receipt from the shop or similar), then you might be able to get some help from Vstep.

But, you'll realise that they don't have to help, of course. It's up to you to take care of your own things.

Send an email to info@shipsim.com, describing your problem and supplying proof of purchase.
