Title: Can anyone help me?
Post by: firestar12 on November 10, 2008, 23:10:36: Hey yall (Cant get enought of that ;D) well, i got into a bit of a mess and cant get on google, long story, dont ask, Cant anyone find me an outline of an anchor like the one on the bow of titanic, the one Jack and Frabizio stood on at the beginning? You help will be appreciated.

That is Titanic's reserve anchor, and there was a grate over it, so no, those fictional idiots did not stand ON it.

Remember the mythbusters one when Carrie wanted to go stand out there and do the "Titanic" scene. And the captain said no and that was the #1 spot everyone wanted to go.

Exactly! That was where all the anchor-handling stuff on Titanic was! Not to mention the fact that there was a pair of notice boards on the breakwaters that read

Are you talking about the one where they waterskied behind a cruise ship?

lol. I dont see why they had to do the transfer from the motorboat to the cruise ship. Why could they just have patience and wait for the cruise ship to gather speed? Their reason was bad. I could only see sharks being a real reason. But...They (The sharks) Are being treated like monsters ever since jaws...
