Title: Use of mooring lines

Hi, i'm new in this forum and playing this game, I have a little problem,
while i'm docking, how can i tighten the mooring lines? can i use the winches?

apreciate any help,

Hi Martincho,
No, none of the mooring or towing winches operate. If you need to adjust the length of a towing hawser, you need to un-hook and re-hook. This can cause a “Disconnect” waypoint to fail, however.
Mooing lines may adjust themselves as the ship moves in.

hi and welcome to the forum,
mvsmith is right but i use the moor lines and not tow cause the tow line for some stuff stretches so use the moor lines for each docking
