Title: Corrupt download installer

Hi I am a new member so forgive me for starting a new topic when it may have already ben covered.

I have just bought SHIPSIM NEW HORIZONS and SHIPSIM TUGBAOAT FURIE, I reciecved my downloads and keys but when I tried to download both items I got the following error messages.

"SHIP-SIMULATOR 2008 NEW HORIZONS, The installer you are trying to use is corrupt or incomplete. This could be the result of a damaged disc, a failed download or a virus"
 
The following message applies to "SHIP-SIM- 2008-FURIE,
Unable to locate a valid ship simulator 2008 installer"

I have tried to contact the seller via private e-mail and via this websites contact us page but can get no response can anyone here help me resolve this problem?

Send a moderator (TerryRussell or Mad_Fred) your license keys, you might have bought an illegal version and it doesn't work. Where did you buy it from?

Hi Sun XI.

Keep hold of your license keys for now. Most importantly, where did you download the files from? Was it the Ship Sim forum?
