Title: Opinions of the Ocean star

Hi everyone, I just wanted to know what everyone thought of the Ocean Star cruise ship, as I think its very good. This is purely out of curiosity. The ocean Star is actually based on Carnival's and Costa's Spirit class vessels, only with slightly different pools and funnels, with no slide on the top.

Yes, google image "Carnival Legend" - Almost Identical.

Personally i don't see cruise ships as real ships, just plastic floating theme parks. The Northern Star, now there's a real ship.

Well, to be honest I like that vessel very much, but I really miss the bridge wing consols for manoeuvring and berthing her. Those empty spaces are quite unusual though. ::)

Its a nice ship...just wish they had the independence/freedom/liberty of the seas in the game. In my view the Freedom class vessels are the ultimate cruise ships. Although Oasis of the seas is going to be insanely good...

I like her, but would agree about the bridge wing controls the same goes for a few of the other ships too or the ability to use your controls or joysticks/ gamepads in walkthrough mode would help.

Sorry a thats little off topic but Yes all in all I lke the Ocean Star, could do with a couple more cruise ships in the sim.

I definitely like the Ocean Star. And agree about the bridge wing controls. It would have been nice to have working elevators, so that one could go below.

I love ocean Star. She has great acceleration, pleanty of places to explore, I would like to see the bow open for walkthrough though :-\Seems like a cool place to be.

I thought it was based on Carnival Pride? ???

Anyway, the Ocean Star is my 2nd favorite ship in the game ;D

Yes, the Carnival Pride, legend, Spirit and Miracle, plus the Costa Atlantica and Mediterraenea are all the exactly the same except of course carnival and costa have different funnels and the restruants have different names on each ship. But there all identical.
