I bought the software last week, and I dont recive anyting. :'(
I don't now what can I do, I sed mail and any person answer.
Whan Can I Do? ???

Goto Shipsim.com, Click the "My orders" button in the top-right corner, login and you will see all download links and license keys for products you bought on ShipSim.com
If your order is not in that list, even though you completed your order and payment, please use the "Contact us" form also on the website (you can also reply here).

I do that in three times and I don't receive help. But the peculiar thing is that in my statement of account already I have the reflected payment.

You ordered the boxed version of Ship Simulator 2008.
The software has been shipped on the 9th of July and the expected delivery time to Panama is 18-24 days.
It will probably take another two weeks before it will arrive.

Mark said it was posted on 9th and delivery time is 18-24 days which means between today and Thursday next week.
International post isn't always easy and isn't an exact science- maybe relying on parcels services of several countries to get to you.
Patience is a virtue. I'm afraid if you've opted for the boxed version you will just have to wait. It'll be worth it.

They have already spent 30 days after my purchase via online of simulator software 2008 and not yet it has arrived.
That they must say to me now?

Depending on the parcel company concerned it may be possible to track it through the parcel company website.
As irritating as it may be for you, you have to remain patient. It is being sent quite a long way.
I will try and find the right email address for you to make enquiries.
