Hi Trains,

Well it's really hard to say anything about that, unless someone here is an expert on phones and you can present him or her with more detials, like brand, type, etc.

I don't know where you have bought it, or if you have a warranty, but I usually go back to the store and they'll send it to the factory where they fix what is wrong, if something is indeed wrong.

They'll be able to assess the situation for you, at the store, but again, this only works if you got it that way aswell.  :)

I fail to see how this problem really effects you and your work or how getting a new phone would really be necisary.  :-\

Aren't you stuck to a really expensive AT&T contract in USA, like we are stuck to an O2 contract? I think that is the case for the iPhone 3G

My AT&T contract is two years of $70 a month with unlimited data, and sharing 700 minutes and 200 text messages with my dad. We only use about 200 of our minutes. XD

Although if your plan expires it can add up quickly (to $3000) if you leave it on since it costs $1 per MB. So just make sure your plan dosn't expire.

And trains. Note: you CAN NOT get an Iphone as a new customer to AT&T so you can only get it if you are an existing customer for now, due to the rush on them they want us to be able to get them first. I don't know how long that will stay in affect.
