this is a question to anyone who knows the awnser (either that or a strong guess) ;Dif it does i might get it

Ermmm...Yes, it does...But why can't you just Google it yourself?

I put in "Flight Simulator X Mutliplayer" and came up with a whole bunch.

Flight Simulator X is a Multiplay game so it does have Multiplayer. Like Virtual Sailor and Ship Simulator 2008 and maybe Ship Simulator 2010 Extremes.
