Maybe it would be better, to show the rules here again:

Rules: 
         - questions relating to ShipSimulator are preferred, but other maritime questions are also allowed (in moderation  ;) )
         - the first one with the correct answer  poses the next question
         - the 2 hour-rule applies when:
                - the new question is not posted
                - no correct answer is given to the question
                     
            In these cases, after 2 hours, anyone can post the next question..
