In Steam:

go to library

right click on TS2012 in the left column

click on properties -> Local files

and click the button that says "Verify integrity of game cache"

Acutally yes,

1. The train won't move unless, I move the throttle to full, then decrease.
2. Once the speed gets up to 12.6 it stops accelerating and decreases even when I move it to 100%!

happens to me a few times. just twice. once while doin calais-dover in orient star and again doin castle rock-monument in challenger.
