Only certain vehicles have the rain at the moment, but more will get it as they upgrade the DLCs ;)

I have rain on the SEC now ;)

i deleted railworks 2 (no idea why i did that) few hours later someone gifted it from gamesload to me, so just the normal ones including horeshoe curve (are rw2 addons useable in Rw3?)
