in 2008 i got a lisense thing to sail a dingey in sheltered waters in 2009 i failed because when we went into unshelterd waters i capsized loads of times and fell out loads then in 2010 i went into unsheltered waters i did some stuff wrong but i got past andgot Level 2 and this year i want to reach level 3 (sail a topper in unshltered waters with no crew)..... i wont find out if ive compleated the course until 4th August (Last sail for the year)
