If your phone has internet connectivity then you could try accessing your gmail account on your phone, attaching the file you want to an email and then sending it to yourself.

Otherwise I think you would have to set up an e-mail account for your phone.

They do prettymuch the same job as bridge wings, so they help you dock. Although thats just an educated guess, we'll have to wait for the pros to arrive for a definative answer  :doh:
