Oohh, on my school we can choose to still follow lessons tomorrow or strike against the '1040 uren norm' in Amsterdam.
It's a law adjustment for longer periods in school per academical year (1040 hours).

I also thought I read somewhere that the Dutch have the most spare time in Europe, so I think students would like to keep it that way!  :doh:

Hm, it was a long while ago but when I was in grammar school, a nice teacher commited suicide because of school, I thought.  :o  :'(
