I just checked Ballasts youtube account and a thought came to me. How many people have been in New York City in the past month? Does anyone work there? If so maybe we organize a meeting.

*EDIT: I was watching the New York Heli tour video

It sure is a nice city, so versatile! Maybe i go longer next year. One of the benefits of being a seafarer is that your boss doesn't care where you live..  ;D!!

They sell them in any nautical supply store worldwide or you could order them online but they cost a small fortune. You might want to get in touch with a supplier or store and ask if they have cancelled charts. They can't be used in real life anymore, but that doesnt matter for ShipSim.

Every chart has a unique number. On the site of the British Admiralty you can see which chart covers which area. For example, chart BA 151 is Marseille. BA stands for British Admiralty.

I'm not sure where you exactly live, but here's a list of distributors for the British Admiralty in the US.

http://catalogue.ukho.gov.uk/browse_distributors_home.asp?paper=&digital=&DistributorKeyword=&CountryCode=US

A while a go i send some cancelled charts to Nathan|C, he actually tries to navigate with them on SS  ;D

And here's the link to find the charts numbers!
