The Sandman beckons..  :)   It's the SS Vega, SS Vega was a Swedish barque, built in Bremerhaven Germany in 1872. She was the first ship to complete a voyage through the Northeast Passage, and the first vessel to circumnavigate the Eurasian continent

Unquestionably it was the Thames Barrier, with the HMS Ocean passing through.
She will stay in London for the duration of the Olympic Games..
