i don't get the question but i would say entering and leaving the harbour. im pretty sure there is more than 1 place where a ship is taken over by a pilot

As I understand it, there are only two places in the world where the captain hands over all command of the ship..

It would have been less complicated to say 2, but okay...

and i think Ralphy's right salty, i don't know much but in some places, by law, you must give control to the pilot in harbour/port.
