At the time when she was built, with her original bow design & combination of AHTS & icebreaker, she was very unique icebreaker.  With the same power she can break more heavy ice than traditional icebreakers.

This Canadian coast guard ship (built 1963) is now a superyacht, believe it or not.. :)

The answer to your previous question that you deleted is a collier USS Cyclops, lost in the Bermuda Triangle in March of 1918.   91 years later she was found there.

Right WM, the reason I deleted it was because she was lost with all 306 onboard..It made me sad..
Why she sank where she did is still a mystery..
