Well, Igor k. was just like a project of common Russian tug (mainly of a tug of 492 project). No idea why they left the original propulsion.  It could add a sufficient variety in SS's tug fleet. ::)

From what I saw in our port - captains usually steer those tugs via CPP than Kort Nozzles.
