Unfortunately there is only a speed restriction during opening and closing, e.g. you can open it when you sail faster then 1 knt.

It was the intention to release it together, but STEAM decided otherwise $:-\$

Im lucky we have snuff (in finnish=nuuska) here in sweden so i can keep calm when my abstinense for ferrys appear.

Why were we told that the pack would be available for everyone at the same time if that is not the case? It looks great but I would have like to known in advance that Steam users were generally going to have more problems and were going to have to wait longer for every pack and update that comes out.
