Well if they're hard landings then that doesn't matter but if when you say they always fail... I hope you dont mean a crash!  ::)

Landing is easy. Just remember to flare up (if it's not a tail dragger)

Both are tail draggers. I'm guessing you have issues with flaring. Probably going to fast so when you flare you start to climb rather then stall.

Too bad that the number of landings must be equal to the number of take offs

Going to fast then. You should get your tires firmly on the ground by the touch down marks on the runway.

If you read the mission editor notes you will find that ALL objects are first placed at sea level, you must then raise them with the "Y" to the level of where you wish to have the car. This is usually 3metres above the water level.

http://80.95.161.114/shipsim/forum/index.php/topic,19793.msg271062.html#msg271062

This board though, is not the correct place to be asking this question.
QUOTE:-
Placing mooring bollards & other objects on shore
Now to place the bollards: Click the Static tab on the Entity creation panel. Then click the > next to
EnvironmentObjects to get a list of bollards. Click a type to select it and move the mouse pointer over
the quay to near where you want the bollard.
Double-click to get the gizmo and to add the bollard to the Entities inmission list.
Notice that the bollard is not visible on the quay. Objects are initially placed with a height (Y) of zero—at
sea level. Quays are 3 meters above the water. You need to raise the bollard to the correct height: UNQUOTE

When you wish to learn something it is always a good idea to look.

Hello from European Causeway, been onboard for the last 2 weeks, getting off tomorrow - woohoo!  Has been a pretty good trip to be honest, although I don't think i could work on short sea ferries full time.

Gasping for a pint, luckily my dad lives in Larne, so there will be a pint waiting.
