it Makes me soo jealous tht you guys have SSE and i dont and my freinds at school ahve it to and there being majer jerks about it to

and it seems boring now these days since SSE came out and i dont have it. i beat all my ps3 games i only have like 5 im selling 3 of them so i can get Mafia II (Mafia 2) i heard its a prettey good game uggh its like so boring. and i have to wait for like a long a$$ time for my computer to get upgraded

EDIT: i love the little Final countdown music for the SSE countdown thingy this morning i woke up it said like 1 hour and the song started playing and i was like whoa thts prettey damn Epic

huh!? the nisshin maru's captain is a woman! i watched a greenpeace campaing reward again and i can clearly hear a woman thats says this is the nisshin maru's captain......etc etc etc woman inboard isnt that bad luck?

It has been known for a man also to be the Captain of the Nisshin Maru.
But I suspect that it is indeed a male Captain, but you see every ship in the whaling fleet has a Japanese person that can speak English.
And that person is normally used when talking over the loudspeaker.
I think when a situation gets deperate, the actual captain will speak over the loudsystem as you saw on the video

I really don't think thats got anything to do with it.

There have been many female captains of many ships over the years, and they have managed to Captain their vessels without a single incident.
