I am currying today, have the mango chutney, mint raita and coriander chutney all made, have the goat madras on the hob, just the veg curry, rice, popadums, chapatis and naan bread to go.

Well we were levering in a cow cubical into a hole with a large bar, i was holding some wood while it was being done but the cubical sprung down the bar and straight into my head.

lucky for some, at UKSA we wern't allowed to go out on the water due to it being force 7 and we can only go out in force 6. 6 hours of theory, great...

don't worry it wasn't all that bad. we finished all the work we needed so we were let go 2 hours early. but still 4 hours.
