Cant get SS to run thought

That's a wicked PC!

You should be able to run SS2008 as it runs no problem on my Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.

You just need to change the way you install SS2008 under Windows 7. Simply double-clicking on the icon is apparently not good enough; you need to right-click on the SS2008 icon and select "Run as Administrator" (there are several topics about this, if you do a wee search on the Forum)

I too had this problem and was solved when I right-clicked "Run as Administrator"

Amber lights will not burn your eyes, they are completely legal, USDOT approved.

If you want to complain about lights, look at some of these trucks

I am saving for this, to put in my rear window since I don't have anything back there, just my WHELEN Slim Miser up front.

Sadly it's not for sale. But you could probably find someone to build a replica for you!

Hehe yes ;D

Any way I have a question because I don't want to do a new topic about it.

Has anyone tryed to do a longdistans crosing virtual in for exampel virtual sailor because that is exactly what I do right now.

I drive Finnjet on the route Helsinki-Tallin-Rostock in real time so curently i'm betven latvia and gotland I have around 3 houers left until I will see Gotland.

I will leave the comp on under the night and have finnjet runing at 30/31kn and hopefully the auto pilot hasent broked down ;)

This is the longest I have ever sailed virtual the longest before have been Helsinki-Tallin

All this is non stop. So on a route that maby take 24 houers and the ship starts at 03:00 it's a bit hard but fortunaly finnjet starts from helsinki at 17:30-17:45 so that is a good schelude. :)

I will try Stockholm-Mariehamn-Turku sometime on a day route.(If not atleast on a real ship) :)
