Apperently its called "inland waterway simulator" and its not being produced by Vstep. The publisher is astragon, but I have no idea who the developer is...

Anyone else here familiar with Wargaming.net, or their most popular game, World of Tanks?

Because they are working on a game for the not-near-but-not-distant future, called World of Battleships! ;D

It will offer players the chance to operate battleships, aircraft carriers, destroyers, cruisers, and similar ships from the HMS Dreadnaught to ships of the 1950's. No submarines, though, because of how limited anti-submarine warfare on at least some of the included ships is. Their role will, however, pretty much be filled by destroyers, which more times than not have torpedoes as their primary weapons.
