hold it
we wore doing arm foreses day in cardiff and we went to the toilet before the pread and it was so hot we had to drink something like 2 litters of water throughout the pread and a lot more before and when we wore dismised we wore all running to the toilet.
and make it worse coming back from cadiff we had to stop 10 times for someone to go to the loo in a 2 hour trip
