About 23-25 knots.

Maximum is 25 knot, but it'll take a lot of time to accelerate to maximum speed, I usually wait it to 18knot then start record!

Although it is not really likely that such a container vessel loses all his navigation equipment.

I agree with you also, but because of the limitation of time, I can't think other way to end the story at that moment!
