Title: SSE WONT INSTALL!

hey, i bought SSE today and tried installing it but it didnt launch, and i tried activating it from Steam so i can just download it but Steam says its a duplicate code. So is there anyway to launch the installer from Run? please answer my 2 questions! ive been waiting to play this game for MONTHS!
