Hi was in free roam and came across this boat (see attachment), and it was moving twice as fast as my rib
and looked good sort of like a Harbour Master Boat in ways.
Anyway their is no other boat like this in game so would be cool if you could add it for users to use.
(Note that it's the boat to the right not left.)

You can't use it because this boat is static and/or AI which are unplayable.

Well I think it would be a great boat to have in-game.
