This is not a stupid idea at all, and I actually like the concept of bringing the sails back for economicle sailing. :)
I would actually call this the future.

Na I think it looks stupid with the sails the main structure is cool but they might go full circle and bring the funnel ships back aswell after the sail ship s lol  :doh: :D :D :D

response to the sailing vessel.
whow, i think i just believe that the Norwegian epic and Oots are beautiful ships  :o

i don't really like the design, it's too much spaceship-kind-of-futuristic like, i like old-newish styles better, but not many ships have that today.

ofcourse it's an original concept, it sure is, but like i said, not my type  ;)

I bet those chaps at a multi million pound design centre for maritime engineering really wish they'd asked someone doing his gcse's what he thinks.

Disaster...  ::)

Why? That wouldn't look for one bit!  :o
And if so, it's reputation wouldn't be really well, will it?

well, i think that the ship design itself dont fit the sails, but if they made a oldocean liner design, it would look so much cooler ;)
