Ummmm........maybe it would be a good idea to give us a LINK to the movie, then one of the sound experts can try something out.....but i think the addon horn from the Lattitude works best on the Titanic, i've heard/seen real footage of Titanic blowing her whistle, and the Addon from the Lattitude sounds JUST like it

but the only footage taken from titanic is when it was in the thompson drydock, and the sound camera's were invented lots of years later

I think you'll find that your experience of my Latitude horn will vary, depending on the quality of your sound system.

But, the reason that I didn't produce a replacement sound for Titanic when Fred and I worked on the Add-on sounds was that following a lot of research, I decided that the existing Titanic horn was already pretty close to the likely sound of the original.

What you hear from a film will not be authentic, believe me. What you have on your phone will
(a) not be good enough quality
(b) not be realistic
(c) not be legal to copy.

BE WARNED: Regretably, I would have to delete the sound from this forum and ban the person posting the sound. (breach of copyright is theft, usually).

Hey Terry, would you MIND making a decent horn for the Titanic, for those of us who dont like the current one?
Im sorry to those who dont agree with me, but the current Titanic horn, sounds as if its something from a cartoon my son watch's.
I hope no one takes this offencively, if you do, i will modify this post, if Terry doesnt beat me to it!  ;D

Then you shouldn't post it here unless you have their permission, as I wrote in an earlier post (above).

I'd removed the file from your post.

The 1997 movie Titanic horn and lights are best.
Actually, The real Titanic horn would be closer to the shipsim one then the 1997 Titanic one.
